We are on Day 3 of our vacation now in San Diego. For those that don't know, Ethan isn't with us - he gets to spend the week with his grandparents.
We got in mid-day on Monday and had lunch near the USS Midway. We ate lunch near this really cool statue...
The rest of the day was spend walking around the Gaslamp Quarter where our hotel was - very neat place filled with shops and restaurants (mostly restaurants).
Tuesday was spent almost entirely at the San Diego Zoo.
We kept seeing animals that Ethan knew and making those sounds to each other. Then we also saw some newer animals that we will have to teach him:
The polar bear says, "I'm cold!"
The sealion says, "Arf arf arf!"
The panda bear says, "Be quiet!" (because they have sensitive ears)After a full day at the zoo we went for a night out at the Shout House Dueling Piano Bar. It was a blast!
