Fall Finally Coming

Last week marked the first day of fall, and we actually got an evening that felt like it. It only lasted one day, but we took advantage of it! We packed a picnic lunch and went out to a local park to let Ethan play.

He managed to convince Mommy to get on the slide for a picture:

...and Ethan and I got to ride the crazy see-saw too:

Even though he is still too small for the monkey bars, Mom gave him a little boost:

After our picnic dinner (and watching some of the baseball/football/soccer practices), Ethan found some home-made drumsticks:

Hopefully, we'll get some more fall weather to do more of this kind of fun! Ah, who am I kidding? We do live in Texas after all...
