Picking up the Chair, Part 1

We finally got the call from USA Baby that our chair had arrived!! So last night after dinner we got into the car and drove over to pick it up. Much to our surprise, the store's windows were dark they appeared to be closed. Then Brad walked to the front of the store and noted their hours:



We got there at 7:13pm. We were shocked! A store closing at 7pm? We didn't know that stores still closed this early! Didn't everything in Houston stay open until at least 9pm??

The thought of finally getting our chair got us so excited, it was quite anti-climactic to finally get there and not be able to take it home. Oh well - we've waited 12 weeks already for it, I guess one more day can't hurt.

So we made the most of our night out and did some Christmas shopping. We'll try again tonight and hopefully have better results!
