P-A-R-T-Why? Because We Gotta!

The onset of the new year means another milestone - Ethan's first birthday. His official birthday is this Wednesday, the 9th, but we had a party for him on Saturday. He got to invite some friends and we had some family over and had a grand ole time.

The theme for this party was pirates! Arr!

I got to put my mad gingerbread decorating skills to work in the form of creating a pirate ship cake.

Jill made up a wonderful menu of snacks including Cannon Balls (sausage balls), Eye Patches (finger sandwiches), and Fools Gold (corn dip). Our decorations even included an inflatable pirate sword!
