This week Ethan turned 15 months old! We took him in for his 15-month doctor's appointment and he is right on track development-wise. He is 78 cm long and 23lbs, 12oz which is in the 35% for his age. The doc also went through a checklist of other development milestones:
- Can he say three words and understand their meaning (besides Mama and Dada)? Check.
- Can he point to one or two body parts upon request? Check.
- Does he indicate wants by pulling, pointing, or vocalizing? Check, check, and check.
- Does he recognize himself when looking in the mirror? Check.
- Does he know how to give a hug? Double check!
- Does he reach up on the fridge to turn on the water and ice dispenser? Check.
