We took a little family trip to Dallas last week because Brad had to do some training. So, instead of hanging out at home, the kids and I joined him for some great family time in McKinney.
Making yummy jack-o-latern cookies
My mom took us to the Dallas Zoo on Thursday to see the new Savannah Exhibit. It's beautiful and on a week day, plenty of room for an energetic littly guy to run around.
(E's on the phone with Auntie; she was telling us she had made Aggie Angels!)
Kinley was able to meet more family while we visited Dallas.
Laura, Amanda, Kinley, and Ethan
Uncle Allen, Kinley, and Aunt Maribeth
(we took Kinley to Babe's for some yummy chicken fried steak, but it was so cold in there that I forgot a pic, oh well)
This was such a great car trip. As long as Kinley was dry and had a full tummy, she was a happy girl. Ethan enjoyed watching a DVD and entertaining his "precious sister." Notice that Maggie is the only one of our kids not sleeping, she just gets excited being in the car. Thank you, Lord, for allowing the car rides to be not stressful.
