About 10 couples were there and funny enough, this is the first pregnancy for all of us! We were the only ones with due dates in January; everyone else was due in November or December.
In the morning we went through all the book-learning: talking about the procedure, the drugs they will give Jill, what contractions are, and how to recognize labor. We also watched a film that showed us the whole thing, but it wasn't near as scary (or as disgusting) as we thought it would be.
And the day wouldn't be complete without more free magazines and pamphlets:

We also went on a tour of the maternity wing and they showed us where all the action will take place. Sorry, but we don't have any pictures from the tour - it made the whole thing feel too "touristy".

How many of these classes do you have to or need to go to? Now I know that there is plenty of time to make this decision, but Brad are you going to be by Jill's side during the birth of Ethan or are you going to be in the waiting room? I hope that ya'll have a great week, and I'll see ya'll on Saturday!
