Wow, it's hard to believe that we're already at 32 weeks! Only two more months until we get to meet our daughter. Even typing those words seems strange - having a little girl around the house is definitely going to be a big change!Speaking of "change", over to the right is Jill's latest belly profile. Kinley is growing alright, and she's active. Ethan get's a kick out of touch Jill's belly to feel his sister move around.
Here's how little Kinley is growing now (according to BabyCenter.com):
By now, your baby weighs 3.75 pounds (pick up a large jicama) and is about 16.7 inches long, taking up a lot of space in your uterus. In fact, she'll gain a third to half of her birth weight during the next 7 weeks as she fattens up for survival outside the womb. She now has toenails, fingernails, and real hair (or at least respectable peach fuzz). Her skin is becoming soft and smooth as she plumps up in preparation for birth.So we're getting into the home stretch. I think August 18 will be here before we know it!
