Today Ethan is 9 months old - that's 274 days!
Over the past month we have seen (or rather, heard) the little dude vocalize more and add more syllables to his vocabulary. Yes, he is saying "dada"!
More and more now we see him doing things on his own. He plays great on his own and can keep himself busy with just about anything that is not a baby toy: keys, plastic hangers, tubes of toothpaste, etc. He is also holding bottles all by himself and drinking from a sippy cup (another one of those words that clearly identifies you as a parent).
With Ethan's increased mobility and independence comes the increased difficulty in getting him to sit for his monthly picture:

I think the bear has shrunk some since last month. :)
