Jill had called our church, Metropolitan Baptist, to get a birth announcement in the printout the bulletin they pass out every Sunday, but they told her that they don't do that any more! Gasp! Instead, they post these kinds of announcements on the church website:
Also, Jill's church that she grew up with in St. Louis had an announcement in their bulletin as well. They do it the "old fashioned" way and actually have them printed. Though we happened to get our copy on an electronic version...
