Our second day in Maui was Saturday. First, we went out to the Maui Ocean Center to visit the aquarium and see some sea life.
Ethan was anxious to start! He took a look at the map and plotted out our visit:
We first visited the reef area where they showcased fish that live in the various levels and type of reef.
Then it was on to the hands-on section of the ocean center. We got to meet some starfish and sea cucumbers, and Ethan got to pet them! He got a real kick out of it.
The highlight of the trip was getting to see some sea turtles ("honu" in Hawaiian). They had 5 or 6 of them in the tank and we got to see them being fed. Jill also got some great close-up shots!
After an afternoon of napping, we went out to have dinner outside so we could watch the sunset. Ethan settled himself in on the sand so he could watch.
So it was another end to another beautiful day in Maui! Keep checking back as we post more pictures!

Keep the pics coming; they're beautiful! Love the sunset one! We're going to Hawaii in a couple of years, so I love seeing the pics--it gets me excited!
